What you will do
- Own inbound net-new opportunities: qualify, run discovery, handle objections, and close small to mid-sized deals independently.
- Lead expansions in existing accounts: identify upsell/cross-sell via usage insights and manage inbound requests.
- Partner with Account Executives on larger, strategic opportunities.
- Manage renewals: mitigate risks, build business cases, and collaborate cross-functionally for on-time delivery.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and territory insights to enable Account Executives.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in sales, account management, renewal management, or commercial closing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sales cycles in parallel.
- Strong discovery, communication, and deal execution skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience selling into regulated environments.
- Exposure to commercial procurement processes.
- SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience.
