Salary: £30,000–£40,000 (OTE £50,000+ by year one, £60,000 by year two).

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a portfolio of customers, hosting online meetings to review progress.
- Identify, qualify, and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal Support and Product teams as needed.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling, uplifting contracts, and negotiating renewals and expansions.
- Identify further use cases to increase value and develop strategies through regular client liaison.
- Work towards weekly KPIs and monthly targets, both individually and as a team.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years experience in a client-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience using CRM systems
- Confident personality with great communication skills
- Experience interacting with Director-level individuals
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiating skills, self-starter passionate about meeting targets
