Solutions Engineer - French

What you will do

• Become an expert in the hirify.global platform and develop a strong technical understanding of modern IT infrastructure management.
• Advise partners on implementing hirify.global products and improving their internal processes.
• Investigate customer and prospect use cases, including custom requests, workarounds, and alternative solutions.
• Work with sales and internal stakeholders to answer advanced technical questions and support growth initiatives.
• Provide partner feedback to Product Management and help shape future product development.
• Coach sales teams and deliver external training on new product features and practical use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable learning new technologies and processes.
• Strong customer problem-solving skills and an ability to collaborate with sales, product, and other internal stakeholders.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working for an MSP or internal IT helpdesk.
• Experience with RMM or backup software.
• Knowledge of APIs and scripting.
• Additional languages.
