Solutions Engineer (French)

Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Providing technical and functional guidance on the hirify.global platform for pre- and post-sales activities with an accent on IT infrastructure management and partner consulting. Focus on solving complex technical scenarios, optimizing internal processes for partners, and bridging the gap between customers and product management.

Location: Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Act as a technical expert for the hirify.global platform, consulting partners on infrastructure implementation and process improvement.
• Solve multi-faceted technical problems based on prospect and partner use cases, investigating custom requests and workarounds.
• Collaborate with the sales team to answer advanced technical questions and execute growth strategies.
• Provide partner feedback to the product team to help shape the future of the hirify.global platform.
• Coach sales teams and provide external training for partners on the application of new features.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working for an MSP or an internal IT helpdesk.
• Previous experience with RMM and/or Backup software.
• Knowledge of APIs and Scripting.
• Additional language skills.
