Solutions Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Berlin, Germany; full-time role based at the Berlin hub

What you will do

• Present the vision and value of the Figma Platform through product demonstrations and customer presentations.
• Support Sales by answering platform questions and showing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery.
• Own customer IT and Security relationships during deal cycles, including security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity, and Mid-Market requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify account-security improvements and influence the product roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts while connecting customers, Sales, and Product teams.
• Create customer-facing and internal content related to the Figma Platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solutions consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Experience positioning technology in presales, establishing success criteria, and leading customer evaluations.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly, prioritize competing customer demands, and balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and product demonstration skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Front-end development or developer lifecycle experience.

• Experience using or working with Figma.
• UX/UI experience.
