Focus on solving complex technical scenarios, implementing product solutions, and translating customer feedback into product improvements.

Location: Berlin, Germany. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Act as a technical expert for the hirify.global platform and modern IT infrastructure management.
• Consult partners on implementing products and optimizing internal processes to create synergies.
• Solve multi-faceted technical problems based on specific prospect and partner use cases.
• Collaborate with sales teams to answer advanced technical questions and execute growth strategies.
• Provide feedback to the Product Management team to help shape the future of the product.
• Conduct external training for partners and coach internal sales teams on the product suite.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professionally proficient in English.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in Berlin or have the right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience working for an MSP or an internal IT helpdesk.
• Previous experience with RMM and/or Backup software.
• Knowledge about APIs and Scripting.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
