Focus on building strong partner relationships, aligning with global go-to-market strategies, and leading a team of Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads.

Location: Must be based in Wallisellen, Switzerland

What you will do

  • Drive mindshare and adoption of intelligent data infrastructure through collaboration with channel partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to expand hybrid cloud business.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads in Switzerland.
  • Act as a key interface across sales, marketing, solution architecture, and leadership teams.
  • Foster alignment with the commercial sales organization to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in partner engagement and ecosystem development.
  • Proven people management experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong experience in cloud solutions sales.
  • Fluent in Swiss German and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to translate hybrid cloud solutions into partner strategies and business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French.
