What you will do
- Drive mindshare and adoption of intelligent data infrastructure through collaboration with channel partners.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to expand hybrid cloud business.
- Lead and inspire a team of Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads in Switzerland.
- Act as a key interface across sales, marketing, solution architecture, and leadership teams.
- Foster alignment with the commercial sales organization to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in partner engagement and ecosystem development.
- Proven people management experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong experience in cloud solutions sales.
- Fluent in Swiss German and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to translate hybrid cloud solutions into partner strategies and business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French.
