What you will do
- Engage directly with potential fitness and wellness partners to grow the network.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venue acquisition.
- Lead with a field-first mindset, prioritizing in-person drop-ins, meetings, and events.
- Identify and attend networking opportunities to build strong regional connections.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for reliable forecasting.
- Present pitch decks and high-level readouts to prospective partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in Geneva, Switzerland.
- Fluent in English, French, and German.
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced B2B transactional sales.
- Proven track record of over-performing on monthly quotas and OKRs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to travel across the broader Swiss region.
