What you will do
- Drive partner account engagement and deliver on partner-related sales and customer success goals.
- Develop and manage a set of partner organizations including GSIs and RSIs.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional field teams to promote partner execution and solution delivery.
- Build trusted external relationships within the partner ecosystem to provide leverage for sales teams.
- Own a central partner territory plan, including identifying and recruiting new partners.
- Shape the partnering agenda and drive influence within the Southern Europe GTM field and leadership team.
Requirements
- Must be based in Madrid or Milan.
- 5-10+ years of experience in developing partnerships, revenue-generating relationships, or direct sales leveraging partner organizations.
- Proven experience in the data ecosystem including AI, BI, analytics, or cloud platforms.
- Strong ability to develop joint value propositions and cultivate champions within partner organizations.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
