What you will do
- Own the full outbound motion via LinkedIn, email, video, and high-volume cold calling.
- Conduct high-level discovery and educational calls with Senior Executives in Sustainability and Procurement.
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts and map decision-makers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Manage the full sales funnel and track performance data within Salesforce.
- Represent the brand through social selling and at industry events.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Spain.
- University degree in a relevant discipline.
- Confidence in cold calling and the ability to engage busy decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
- Resilience and a proactive mindset for building a career in sales.
Nice to have
- Natural curiosity or professional experience in Sustainability, ESG, or CSR.
- Experience using AI tooling such as Claude or Gemini.
