Location: Remote (Toronto, ON), with mandatory occasional travel to Newfoundland, Canada (at least twice per year) and customer sites.

What you will do

  • Execute sales strategy for top enterprise accounts (10,000+ employees) to build long-term relationships.
  • Lead and close enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+, managing complex procurement and multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Conduct consultative discovery with engineering leaders and executives to align CoLab's solutions with business goals.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive account expansion.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs.
  • Manage a high-value pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a record of closing $200K–$2M+ contracts.
  • Experience selling into large organizations with over 10,000 employees.
  • Strong consultative selling approach in technical sectors such as industrial equipment, automotive, or aerospace.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to influence and persuade senior decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Willingness to travel to Newfoundland, Canada at least twice per year.
