TL;DR
Strategic Account Director (SaaS): Driving growth and expansion of existing enterprise customers to achieve business outcomes and revenue growth with an accent on land-and-expand strategies for 7-figure accounts. Focus on multi-threaded selling, complex account mapping, and navigating technical product use cases within large-scale organizations.
Location: Must be based in the USA. Occasional mandatory travel to Newfoundland, Canada (at least twice per year) and customer on-sites (average 1 week per month) is required.

What you will do
- Develop and execute robust account strategies to drive significant revenue growth within 7-figure enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for net-new strategic accounts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the product and industry best practices to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success teams on enterprise account expansions and renewals.
- Perform deep account mapping and multi-threaded selling across various company departments.
- Manage all sales activities, follow-up conversations, and documentation within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 1-2+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees).
- Proven experience in an Enterprise or Strategic Account role within a SaaS business, or an engineering background with strong closing skills.
- Ability to analyze complex use cases and demonstrate a highly technical product.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales for new-to-market products.
- Excellent communication skills and a resilient, ownership-driven approach to achieving goals.

- Experience working with manufacturing clients, specifically in automotive, medical devices, or mechanical consumer products.
