What you will do

  • Achieve annual AI-focused sales quotas by driving net-new pipelines and negotiating enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and create new AI-driven opportunities by analyzing customer challenges and technology gaps.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers to champion AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Must reside within Canada
  • 7+ years of experience selling software portfolios into complex enterprise accounts in a hunter-focused role.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience selling AI software solutions such as Conversational AI, LLMs, or AI analytics.
  • Strong ability to translate technical AI capabilities into measurable business value.
  • Superior relationship-building and client management skills for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly autonomous work style with a strong ownership mentality.
