What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and headhunting strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions based on talent needs.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future organizational needs.
• Promote a positive employer brand and act as a company ambassador during all candidate interactions.
• Transition into HR generalist duties, including onboarding support, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from agencies, headhunting firms, or startups.
• Proven track record of hiring for various roles at different seniority levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Lever), and various job boards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines.
