What you will do

• Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide.
• Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack.
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
• Improve hiring workflows and strengthen how the company operates as it grows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (English: C1+ required).
• Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment.
• Willing to learn, open to feedback.
• You are comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader TA initiatives.
