What you will do

• Execute proactive sourcing and digital campaigns to engage active and passive candidates.
• Conduct executive search headhunting for top-tier talent across multiple regions.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and debrief on candidate assessments.
• Maintain applicant tracking data and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Manage external job postings and talent attraction platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a recruiter role with global positions.
• Proven experience in fintech recruitment and executive search.
• English proficiency (B2-C1) required.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, out-of-the-box mindset.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willingness to participate in broader HR-related company projects.
