What you will do

  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs for EMEA and APAC regions in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS workflows within Dayforce to ensure data integrity and reduce manual errors.
  • Audit payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or People Operations within a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll processes in EMEA and/or APAC regions.
  • Proven experience working with external payroll vendors and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and an audit-oriented mindset for data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple international timelines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be based in London (Hybrid)
