What you will do
- Own day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to support sales teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex, cross-functional requests.
- Manage and execute critical sales processes using CRM and internal systems.
- Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations.
- Support customer onboarding and renewal processes.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Understanding of sales processes and the customer lifecycle.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
