Outbound Sales Development Representative (EMEA): Support EMEA sales and marketing teams’ revenue goals by identifying cross-sell and growth opportunities with New Logo Maritime accounts. What you will do
- Map key contacts and teams in assigned New Logo territory to develop market penetration with Account Executives.
- Craft and execute multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone) to pitch /MarineTraffic value.
- Qualify prospects using BANT and book meetings to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Meet weekly with Account Executives and BD management to align on strategies, product launches, campaigns, and events.
- Support Commercial/Account Managers with lead-generation activities and become expert on client workflows and product usage.
- Research leads using tools, enrich Salesforce CRM with precise data, and meet quarterly/annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 1-4 years experience as SDR prospecting and qualifying high-volume inbound leads in B2B SaaS/Tech, ideally targeting Maritime/Shipping/Logistics across Europe.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce CRM is a big plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and engaging copywriting skills.
- Proactive 'hunter' mentality, personable, confident interacting with senior personnel.
- Organized, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, tech-savvy with interest in disruptive technologies.
