What you will do

• Gather, formalize, and align requirements for improvements in processing and adjacent systems.
• Describe business and system logic, scenarios, statuses, rules, constraints, exceptions, and dependencies.
• Analyze end-to-end flows of operations and data across products, internal systems, blockchain, and external providers.
• Design changes for transaction processing, fund movements, reconciliations, and control mechanisms.
• Improve reconciliation processes, validations, and data quality checks for accuracy and consistency.
• Break down work for engineering, support implementation, collaborate with backend, QA, product, finance, and operations teams, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in fintech, payments, processing, reconciliation, or related domains.
• Ability to document business rules, system interactions, APIs, data models, and status-driven scenarios.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end data and operational flows, including integrations, asynchronous processing, idempotency, and retries.
• Experience with complex transactional logic, systems thinking, attention to detail, and data quality focus.
• SQL as a mandatory tool for independent data analysis, hypothesis validation, process verification, and reconciliations.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure, wallets, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Understanding of on-chain/off-chain flows, confirmations, fees, and status transitions.
• Experience building reconciliations, control mechanisms, and operational tools.
• Understanding of ledger concepts, balance movements, holds, and reservations.
• Experience with technical debt and incremental evolution of complex logic.
