What you will do

• Lead the development of innovative cross-channel media strategies and ensure excellence in execution.
• Manage and mentor a team, overseeing performance reviews, feedback, and work distribution.
• Act as a primary liaison between partner agencies, media partners, and in-house client strategy/creative teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and new business prospects.
• Bridge the gap between strategic high-level planning and technical executional details.
• Participate in new business development to support agency growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in integrated cross-channel media planning.
• Must be based in New York (ideal candidate).
• Vertical experience in financial, banking, or wealth management is highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of the evolving media landscape and holistic advertising products.
• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and mentor team members.
