Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including activation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from requirements gathering to launch confirmation.
- Coordinate with internal partners including Marketing COEs, Digital, Creative, Legal, and Risk/Compliance.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Analytics teams to define audience segmentation and measure campaign performance.
- Identify execution risks and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
- Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of marketing experience in credit card or financial services.
- 5+ years of client-facing relationship management or retail portfolio experience.
- Strong understanding of credit, payments, and digital marketing landscapes.
- Ability to travel for business as required (~15%).
- Must be willing to undergo background investigation, drug testing, and fingerprinting.
