Location: Must be based in the US, with a requirement to commute to the nearest hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including activation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from requirements gathering to launch confirmation.
  • Coordinate with internal partners including Marketing COEs, Digital, Creative, Legal, and Risk/Compliance.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to define audience segmentation and measure campaign performance.
  • Identify execution risks and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of marketing experience in credit card or financial services.
  • 5+ years of client-facing relationship management or retail portfolio experience.
  • Strong understanding of credit, payments, and digital marketing landscapes.
  • Ability to travel for business as required (~15%).
  • Must be willing to undergo background investigation, drug testing, and fingerprinting.
