Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute product marketing plans for hirify.global QQQ, digital assets, and related initiatives.
• Manage integrated campaigns across email, digital, events, paid/earned media, and sales enablement.
• Partner with sales and product teams to define audience segments and refine targeting and messaging.
• Create creative briefs and manage end-to-end execution with design, content, and social media teams.
• Evaluate campaign performance using data and analytics to optimize tactics and report results.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance marketing processes and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in asset or wealth management, specifically with mutual funds, ETFs, and alternatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the investment industry and the regulatory landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the hybrid work model.
