What you will do

  • Develop new product positioning to effectively articulate and differentiate the company's value proposition.
  • Strategize and plan the launch of new products and partnerships through cross-functional coordination.
  • Build essential sales tools and tactics, including presentations, collateral, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate releases and drive demand generation.
  • Support the sales team through trainings and enablement tools to deepen product understanding.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather buyer behavior insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and retirement plan market.
  • Experience in branding, communications strategy, partnerships, and product development.
  • Demonstrated startup mentality and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Must be based in New York City for a hybrid office arrangement.
