What you will do
- Develop new product positioning to effectively articulate and differentiate the company's value proposition.
- Strategize and plan the launch of new products and partnerships through cross-functional coordination.
- Build essential sales tools and tactics, including presentations, collateral, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate releases and drive demand generation.
- Support the sales team through trainings and enablement tools to deepen product understanding.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gather buyer behavior insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and retirement plan market.
- Experience in branding, communications strategy, partnerships, and product development.
- Demonstrated startup mentality and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid office arrangement.
