What you will do

• Lead the "One Marketplace" team, integrating direct buys, biddable, and offline procurement into one cohesive approach.
• Oversee client media investment across Video/CTV, Display, Local TV/Audio, OOH, Print, Programmatic, Search, and Social.
• Act as the lead agency negotiator and steward of the investment product, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Develop strategic investment roadmaps, media partnerships, learning agendas, and innovation strategies.
• Mentor and train team members, managing work distribution, performance reviews, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with planning and other internal departments to deliver optimized media plans and high-impact placements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in media investment and campaign management.
• Thorough understanding of the evolving media landscape and current market rates.
• Proven experience providing strategic leadership based on in-depth knowledge of client business dynamics.
• Strong negotiation skills to unlock premium inventory and maximize client ROI.
• Experience in team management, including mentoring and handling performance issues.
• Must be based in the USA.
