Location: Fully Remote, must reside in one of: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Sponsorship unavailable for this role. Up to 25% travel.
Salary: $124,000 - $155,000 + Variable

What you will do
- Own Open Internet strategy including media planning, budget allocation, creative direction, and optimization across Google, CTV/OTT, and linear TV.
- Develop and execute national media campaigns balancing brand-building and performance sales across Amazon, brick-and-mortar, and DTC.
- Manage large media budgets focusing on efficiency, ROI, and strategic growth.
- Build relationships with clients and media partners like Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Roku, Hulu.
- Lead attribution analysis to measure impact on sales across retail channels.
- Manage a team of up to 3 and support other brand managers with best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years in media planning/buying, brand management, digital marketing, linear TV planning/buying/measurement.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale media budgets across multiple channels.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, streaming TV platforms (Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Roku, Hulu), programmatic DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Nielsen, iSpot, brand lift studies, attribution modeling.
- Experience managing direct reports preferred.
- Must reside in specified US states; sponsorship unavailable.
