Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead a client services team managing an $8m+ revenue account group, ensuring delivery of growth objectives and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-Suite leadership and key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Develop and implement account growth and retention strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, delivering creative solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Optimize campaigns using data and insights to demonstrate ROI and overall value.
  • Contribute to agency vision and participate in new business development and pitching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Proven track record of executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Experience working with complex sectors such as technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
