What you will do
- Lead a client services team managing an $8m+ revenue account group, ensuring delivery of growth objectives and budgets.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with C-Suite leadership and key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Develop and implement account growth and retention strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, delivering creative solutions that drive measurable results.
- Optimize campaigns using data and insights to demonstrate ROI and overall value.
- Contribute to agency vision and participate in new business development and pitching.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an agency environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
- Proven track record of executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
- Experience working with complex sectors such as technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
