What you will do

• Be the senior point of contact for client portfolio, interfacing with CMO-level leadership
• Partner with client stakeholders to develop digital strategies addressing business goals and challenges
• Lead a team of 15-30, providing strategic guidance across functional teams
• Drive structured digital media planning, tactics, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurement
• Inspire, coach, and mentor staff across disciplines
• Grow Client Services, develop media frameworks, and codify best practices

Requirements

• 10-15+ years in digital advertising account management, marketing strategy/consulting, direct marketing, digital acquisition, or brand management
• Strong client presence with experience building senior-level relationships in enterprise organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing junior/mid-level staff
• Innovative thinking to solve complex marketing challenges
• Process and detail oriented with a hands-on leadership approach
• BA/BS degree preferred
