Salary: $117,000-158,000 + Variable

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Media Specialists, providing day-to-day leadership and development.
• Lead strategic and tactical planning for accounts, overseeing strategy, performance, and annual account planning.
• Develop and measure full-funnel, multi-channel marketing plans using Amazon and other retail media products.
• Identify and present growth opportunities beyond Amazon, including Instacart, Walmart, Criteo, Kroger.
• Drive adoption of ad management platforms like Skai and Intentwise, plus incremental measurement tools like AMC and OCM.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, champion initiatives, and ideate innovations for the sponsored ads team.

Requirements

• Reside in one of the listed US states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
• No work visa sponsorship available.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience with Amazon or other retail media channels; required Amazon Sponsored Ads experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel for analyzing large data sets; experience with Amazon Advertising and other retail media.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Jungle Scout/Cobalt, Criteo/Citrus Ads, retailer ad consoles.
• Proficiency in Skai and Intentwise.
