What you will do

  • Develop paid digital media plans and strategies designed to impact clients' business outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across programmatic, display, video, mobile, and paid social channels.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign processes, including strategy, tagging recommendations, platform setup, and budget pacing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Analytics, Digital, Creative, and Account teams to deliver programs.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners.
  • Support training of team members on campaign setup, optimization tactics, and buying platforms.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital media experience in planning and/or buying across programmatic, display, video, mobile, and paid social.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, Washington DC, or New York.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the ability to perform under pressure.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience in-console audience-based RTB media.
  • Experience with both B2C and B2B campaigns in financial services or consumer technology.
  • Proficiency with DCM/Google Campaign Manager 360.
  • Knowledge of audience and competitive research tools such as comScore, GWI, MRI, or Pathmatics.
