What you will do

• Lead the design of complex developer-facing experiences from discovery and concepting through to high-fidelity UI.
• Design intuitive, scalable workflows for technical API and AI infrastructure products used by engineering teams.
• Apply systems thinking to improve cohesion and consistency across multiple product surfaces.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to understand developer needs, jobs-to-be-done, and technical constraints.
• Make data-informed design decisions using customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation results.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the evolution of the shared design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, specifically within developer tools, SaaS, or complex technical products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating full-cycle design work and system-level thinking.
• Experience designing for developer experiences, including APIs or infrastructure-related tools.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
• Strong understanding of data-informed design and the use of metrics to guide iterations.
• Must be based in the United States.
