What you will do

• Own UX design for specific product areas from problem definition through final delivery.
• Design end-to-end workflows and high-fidelity interfaces that solve complex user problems.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear interaction and interface designs.
• Partner with Product Management during discovery to shape solutions based on real user needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
• Iterate on solutions using qualitative feedback and product signals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX design with a strong portfolio in interaction and visual design.
• 2-3 years of experience designing B2B products, specifically workflow-driven or data-dense applications.
• Proven experience conducting and applying user research to guide design decisions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Must be based in the United States.
