Product Manager - Payments (Fintech): Overseeing the full payments product lifecycle and PSP integrations for a multi-asset brokerage with an accent on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Focus on optimizing transaction success ratios, reducing fraud rates, and enhancing the global deposit and withdrawal experience.

Location: Hybrid (Larnaca, Cyprus). Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the payments roadmap and backlog within a Scrum agile environment.
  • Lead integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for banks, wallets, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Optimize payment methods for speed, cost, reliability, and approval rates.
  • Develop user personas and journeys to improve conversion rates and processing times across different geographies.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements using Jira and Confluence.
  • Monitor payment performance KPIs, including fraud rates and provider uptime, to drive data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful PSP integrations and payment product launches.
  • Fluency in English is required; resumes must be submitted in English.
  • Deep understanding of the SDLC, payment transaction flows, and regulatory requirements.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as Prince 2, PMP, or Scrum Master/Product Owner.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
