What you will do

• Own the end-to-end payments delivery roadmap, spanning financial reporting, payout operations, and tax compliance.
• Lead the rollout of Stripe Connect / PFaaS for school onboarding and NetSuite reconciliation.
• Develop and improve refund and dispute tooling to reduce manual overhead and resolution time.
• Manage infrastructure for pricing, tax accuracy, and revenue share automation for 10,000+ schools.
• Partner with Finance and Engineering to ensure seamless financial reconciliation and data traceability.
• Integrate AI tools into the product workflow to accelerate specification writing and data synthesis.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in product management, accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or complex financial settlement domains.
• Must be eligible for US-based employment and benefits (401k).
• Proficiency in managing complex backlogs with high executive visibility.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for professional productivity.
• Ability to interpret data; SQL familiarity is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with payout or settlement products.
• Familiarity with payment processor ecosystems.
• Background in supporting internal tools for Finance and Ops teams.
