What you will do

• Define and own the strategy for payments and financial infrastructure across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering on payment architecture, provider integrations, and transaction systems.
• Design intuitive payment experiences prioritizing trust, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze user workflows to identify and remove friction in onboarding, payouts, and transaction visibility.
• Translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable product specifications.
• Define and monitor success metrics for transaction success, onboarding conversion, and payment adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Proven experience working with payment processors, PSPs, or financial infrastructure products.
• Strong understanding of transaction flows, payment operations, and financial workflow design.
• Ability to simplify technically complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in North or South America.
