What you will do
- Develop and nurture business relationships with customers to align solutions and services with their strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to assess pipelines, track opportunities, and proactively follow up on sales.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across multiple vendors.
- Conduct proactive outbound calling to share promotions and initiatives with assigned accounts.
- Generate quotes, maintain detailed opportunity tracking reports, and monitor customer KPIs and SLAs.
- Project manage deliveries and schedules, providing ETAs and custom account profiles to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and make informed, logical decisions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia for hybrid office attendance.
