What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing oversight systems supporting clinical and commercial supply.
• Integrate operational, engineering, and scientific data to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate globally to accelerate efficiency in manufacturing planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Monitor and implement emerging AI technologies and regulatory trends to ensure system compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value digital transformation initiatives.
• Travel up to 10% to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, or IT.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, supply chain, or project management.
• Proven track record of implementing digital systems and data flows in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GxP.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and understanding of biotech manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and data engineering strategies.
• Advanced certifications in product management, Agile, software engineering, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with small molecule, cell therapy, or gene therapy supply chain processes.
