Salary: $91,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Define, build, and maintain KPI queries and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop automations using no/low-code and AI tools (e.g., Zapier, Claude) to reduce manual effort.
• Support team AI and data literacy by sharing best practices and automation learnings.
• Translate data insights into actionable plans for process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in operations or business operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, including selecting, aggregation, filtering, and joins.
• Experience with AI prompting, troubleshooting, and workflow application.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Agents.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Tableau, Zapier, Claude, and Gumloop.
• Proven track record in process improvement.
