Transformation Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide analytical and project support to the Operations Transformation team.
• Perform data collection, formatting, and analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update existing reports and compile data for operational dashboards.
• Document manufacturing processes and assist in testing designed improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide logistical and data support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, or data analytics within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Baan and/or JDE Manufacturing and Engineering functions.
• Understanding of Lean principles and familiarity with ECO/ECN processes.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in East Greenville, PA.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt).
• Specialized training in business or engineering technology.
