Location: Must be based in the UK, with a requirement to be onsite in West London 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Advise on a wide range of business matters including merchandising, marketing, TV broadcasting, and streaming distribution.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts for product procurement, e-commerce operations, and studio maintenance.
• Support strategic projects related to social shopping and emerging digital platforms.
• Monitor legal and regulatory shifts relevant to video commerce and manage associated risks.
• Improve legal function processes, playbooks, and integrate AI tools for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• Law degree required.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
