What you will do
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, funds, financings and reorganisations.
- Support business growth through hands-on involvement in multiple legal matters.

Requirements
- England and Wales Qualified Lawyer with 1-4 years PQE
- Private Practice trained corporate or commercial lawyer
- Experience working In-House within Financial Services or Private Practice (secondment preferred)
