What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain systems for the digitalization of artwork creation, review, and approval processes.
• Integrate operational data to generate actionable insights for the global supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate operational efficiency and deliver high-value digital impact.
• Monitor and implement emerging AI technologies and regulatory trends to ensure system compliance.
• Execute technology and data activities while maintaining high quality and integrity standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, or IT (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in technology, specifically within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of implementing digital manufacturing systems and optimizing data flows.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GMP.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and the ability to rapidly adopt emerging technologies like AI.
• Must be based in Boston, MA and able to work in a hybrid or on-site capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience with small molecule, cell therapy, and gene therapy manufacturing processes.
• Advanced certifications in product management, Agile, software engineering, or cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering data engineering strategies.
