What you will do

• Develop and execute a customer insights strategy using AI-driven tools to improve insight generation speed and quality.
• Translate clinical and health economic data into compelling ROI narratives for client business reviews.
• Conduct complex analyses on member behavior and solution performance to surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the value story and deepen client understanding of program impact.
• Own and improve global insights reporting packages for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Partner with senior leadership to inform strategic priorities and advance the impact of the customer insights function.

Requirements

• Must have a legal right to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, or related business strategy roles.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end analyses using SQL and Python.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance analytical workflows.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
