What you will do

• Partner with Marketing colleagues to provide objective perspectives and actionable insights.
• Design and execute primary market research to address critical business questions.
• Define and oversee data analytics requirements to support ongoing commercial programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment on analytics activities through a dedicated forum.
• Maintain an Insights book to summarize disease area knowledge and support brand planning.
• Provide assumptions for the Long-Range Plan (LRP) forecast model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in bio-pharma marketing, market research, or analytics.
• Deep knowledge of primary market research methodologies and project execution.
• Strong complex quantitative analysis skills and ability to interpret data.
• Solid understanding of the biopharma commercialization process and launch planning.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into compelling narratives.
