What you will do

• Drive growth in diagnosed patients by identifying and activating high-impact intervention points across the patient journey.
• Build and scale integrated programs to increase clinical suspicion and appropriate screening across priority HCP segments.
• Own the end-to-end execution of diagnosis acceleration initiatives, ensuring programs are analytically grounded and optimized.
• Leverage data, insights, and experimentation to identify new pathways to patient identification.
• Collaborate globally to translate marketing strategy into regional execution with local adaptability.
• Design and deploy a portfolio of initiatives, including field-based education, peer-to-peer engagement, and multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking and business storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to define high-level strategy and lead front-line execution.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience in respiratory or rare diseases (preferred).
• MBA degree (preferred).
