What you will do
- Drive growth in diagnosed patients by identifying and activating high-impact intervention points across the patient journey.
- Build and scale integrated programs to increase clinical suspicion and appropriate screening across priority HCP segments.
- Own the end-to-end execution of diagnosis acceleration initiatives, ensuring programs are analytically grounded and optimized.
- Leverage data, insights, and experimentation to identify new pathways to patient identification.
- Collaborate globally to translate marketing strategy into regional execution with local adaptability.
- Design and deploy a portfolio of initiatives, including field-based education, peer-to-peer engagement, and multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
- Strong analytical thinking and business storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to define high-level strategy and lead front-line execution.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in respiratory or rare diseases (preferred).
- MBA degree (preferred).
