What you will do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, sales, and global teams to ensure compliant and aligned activities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of Dysport in migraine.
- Create and manage compelling HCP-focused content across various channels, including personal and non-personal promotion.
- Work closely with the field team and leadership to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for support.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and patient feedback to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Manage the migraine launch marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in relevant field, MS/MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience.
- Experience with Neurotoxins & Migraine is required; preferably 2+ years focused neurotoxin migraine experience.
- Successful launch planning and execution experience.
- Extensive experience with HCP marketing including design and creation of promotional campaigns/materials, and congress planning/execution.
- Willingness/ability to travel domestically. International travel may be occasionally required.
