What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, sales, and global teams to ensure compliant and aligned activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of Dysport in migraine.
• Create and manage compelling HCP-focused content across various channels, including personal and non-personal promotion.
• Work closely with the field team and leadership to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for support.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and patient feedback to refine and improve marketing strategies.
• Manage the migraine launch marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in relevant field, MS/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience.
• Experience with Neurotoxins & Migraine is required; preferably 2+ years focused neurotoxin migraine experience.
• Successful launch planning and execution experience.
• Extensive experience with HCP marketing including design and creation of promotional campaigns/materials, and congress planning/execution.
• Willingness/ability to travel domestically. International travel may be occasionally required.
