What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive patient marketing strategy to position Dysport in the competitive migraine market.
- Own the end-to-end process for HCP training and education, including content creation, instructor management, and logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, operations, and sales teams to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance program impact.
- Manage the training and education budget and establish KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to continuously refine education programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing.
- Required experience with Neurotoxins and Migraine, preferably 2+ years of focused experience.
- Proven track record in successful launch planning and execution.
- Extensive experience designing and executing HCP training programs within the neurotoxin space.
- Deep knowledge of AMA, ACCME, PhRMA, and FDA regulations regarding promotion and scientific education.
- Must be based in or able to work in Cambridge, US.
