What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive patient marketing strategies to support the launch and growth of IQIRVO.
• Lead marketing-driven patient engagement initiatives to foster community and support among patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, commercial, and advocacy teams to ensure all patient marketing activities are compliant.
• Expertly lead the development and submission of promotional materials through the PRC process.
• Oversee the creation of patient-focused content across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Manage agency partners for media strategy and oversee the allocation of the patient marketing budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Cambridge).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Pharm D or MBA preferred).
• At least 10 years of Biopharma commercial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial marketing.
• Proven track record of successful launch and post-launch growth in rare or specialty categories.
• Extensive experience navigating the PRC process within a strict compliance environment.
• Strong scientific aptitude with the ability to translate complex science into clear patient education.
