TL;DR

Location: Fully remote; candidates based in the Boston, New York City, or San Francisco area are strongly preferred.

Leading at-home EEG platform supporting clinical development for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders with FDA-cleared headband, AI algorithms, and cloud-native analytics.

What you will do

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy for life sciences and diagnostics products, including launches, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop marketing collateral like sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, and decks for clinical audiences.
  • Partner with Clinical, Product, and Sales teams to translate scientific capabilities into value propositions.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and track metrics like pipeline influence and campaign ROI.
  • Represent voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and support demand generation efforts.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, clinical advisors, and industry partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, with 3+ years in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex technical products in regulated industries.
  • Strong communication skills to translate scientific concepts into narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Cross-functional experience with product, clinical, and sales teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with KOLs, professional societies, or clinical networks in diagnostics or life sciences.
  • Experience at a startup or early-stage company.
