What you will do

• Translate process design into role-based capability models and competency frameworks.
• Define and implement risk-based training and qualification frameworks for GxP processes globally.
• Integrate training within end-to-end value streams, aligning it with Quality Events, CAPA, and Change Control.
• Establish effectiveness measures to move from training completion to true capability assurance.
• Align training models with digital LMS and QMS systems to automate assignments and tracking.
• Ensure global consistency across sites, functions, and modalities.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in GxP Quality, Training, or Learning & Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience designing global training and qualification frameworks.
• Strong understanding of QMS processes and regulatory expectations (e.g., ICH Q10).
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or SuccessFactors.
• Ability to translate process requirements into capability models within global, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with process mapping and value stream analysis.
