What you will do
- Lead above-brand market access initiatives to connect the portfolio and drive sustainable access across mega accounts.
- Define strategic payer collaborations in partnership with HEOR to advance health equity and population health.
- Evaluate and implement alternative contracting frameworks such as VBC, OBA, and warranties.
- Conduct annual market landscape scans and environmental assessments to inform long-range planning.
- Establish a unified value framework and communication platform for customer engagements.
- Partner with Access COE and CRM teams to track data insights and shape go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or able to work on-site in Boston, MA.
- 10-12 years of deep market access experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Expert knowledge of the US healthcare system, including commercial/government payers, IDNs, and regulatory environments.
- Proven experience in payer marketing, contracting, and mega account management.
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
